What are the materials for collector's shells?

We recently started shipping to Canada. All fees for international orders (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) will be shared and collected when you checkout on our store. No additional fees will need to be collected when the item is delivered. 

For other locations 🌎 check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does NineMonthSober offer international shipping?

Shipping options to the contiguous 48 states + Washington DC:
Economy Shipping (6-8 business days) 
Standard shipping (3-6 business days)
Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) 
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

What is your shipping policy?

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All personal products that are used and open (Breast Milk Collector Shells, Nipple Protector) due to hygiene reasons are considered final, and no returns will be accepted.
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: Final sales, Gift cards, custom-made products, and gifts with purchase.
International orders are NOT eligible for return

What is your return policy?

Hi! you can track your order here. Just have your order or tracking number at hand.

How can I track my order?  

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
